Situation

Prior to the project, the children’s clothing brand was sold and as a result, it could only utilise its existing systems until 2022. Thus, the business was looking for a new solution to help support its operations.

Solution

The Swedish brand chose Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management and Commerce and K3 Fashion as its new ERP solution to support its digital transformation project and replace AX4. As a childrenswear retail brand, K3 Fashion has capabilities built into it to support specific needs to handle childrenswear, such as HTS-code and tax settings different per size.

Impact

Throughout the selection process, K3 appealed to the brand with a positioning specifically on the company itself, and showcased how the solution would benefit the business. Thus, K3 Fashion was chosen as the solution to enable the Swedish brand to embark on its digital transformation journey.
